“I'm not gonna lie. This review was gonna start out rough so take a minute to keep reading and you'll understand why he got five stars. I'm gonna be politically correct and say "we" lost the key to our 2009 Mazda 5. Yes I'm married, lol, That being the only key the car was useless. We called stat locksmith and understand that they can't get there immediately. We had faith that Mike would show up. Well by the end of the day, Mike did show up once he got our contact information. he was quick to work on getting the car FOB programmed. Seemed like it only less than 15 minutes and we hear the car start. Wepa!! It was a sound you love to hear. So in the end this service is a great benefit rather than having your car towed to a dealer the problem was solved in my driveway. Gracias por todos. Rich & Miriam”
